GUEST RULES

• ONLY 3 golf guests may accompany a member at one time.
  
• Guests MUST check in and both the guest and sponsor member will be documented.
• Guests are LIMITED TO 5 VISITS in one calendar year.
  This is to prevent the same “guest” from using SGCC without buying a membership which is unfair to paying members. Only exceptions are for grandchildren under 12 years of age, out of state guests and babysitters. This must be requested in advance and approved by the General Manager.

GOLF OR POOL 'ONLY' MEMBERS - YOUR PRIVLIDGES ARE FOR THOSE AREAS ONLY!
BRINGING OR COMING AS A 'GUEST' WITH ANOTHER MEMBER IS NOT ALLOWED.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE

- ONLY 5 GOLF VISITS per guest, per year.

- ONLY 4 POOL GUESTS per primary member visit.
- YOU MUST CHECK IN YOUR GUEST
so we can document their visits & payment.
- EMPLOYEES can ask guests to leave at any time.
THE GENERAL MANAGER/BOARD takes the lead if further actiion is needed to rectify a situation.

Violation of the rules or intentional damage to Southglenn Country Club will result in suspension of all privileges and/or legal prosecution to the fullest extent. Anyone using SGCC facilities does so at his/her own risk. No liability will be assumed by the Club for the actions of any employee, contractor, member, or guest.

GOLF COURSE RULES

• No child under 5 years old is allowed on the golf course.
• Children 5-8 years old must always have adult supervision on the golf course (one adult per two children).
• Children 9-11 years old must be accompanied by an adult when playing after 5 PM or on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Children 12-17 can play without adult supervision.
• Each player must have his/her own bag and set of clubs. Rental clubs are available.
• No more than four in a group except during weekly, reserved activities or authorized tournament play.
• All play will start at #1 tee
  
• Appropriate clothing and footwear is mandatory.
• Golfers may only play one (1) ball
• Open play may be suspended for tournaments, leagues and/or other approved activities.
