2010 Dues and Fees

NEW MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE TIME INITIATION FEE OF $400. IF YOU PAY THE $50.00 TO GET ON THE WAITING LIST, THAT MONEY WILL BE APPLIED TO THE INITIATION FEE.

Full Family ($800): A golf, swim and tennis membership for the family.

Full Individual ($450): A golf, swim and tennis membership for the individual (must be at least 16 years old).

Full Couple ($650): A golf, swim and tennis membership for couples where both are at least 21 years of age.

Family Swim and Tennis ($400): A swim and tennis membership for the family.

Individual Swim and Tennis ($275): A swim and tennis membership for the individual (must be at least 16 years old).

We do not offer a 'Golf Only' membership. Once your membership is paid, there are no monthly dues or daily use fees. Guests of members are required to pay a use fee and must be accompanied by the member.

Guest Fees:

-Golf: 9 holes - everyday, all ages: $10.00
-Pool : all day, ages 2 and up: $3.00
-Tennis : per hour per person: $1.00

*Golf clubs and pull carts are available for rental.
